Drinking Some Eggs..?

Question

I just drank an Egg.. Tasted weird and felt like membrane stuff... Went right down tho...

Is it good for you?

Theres alot of debate about this.

If the egg has salmonella, which alot don't you will be poorly as eggs should be well cooked to eliminate this.

The argument is that ALL eggs DO not contain salmonella but some do so cooking all the eggs well reduces the risk of being poorly.

But think about it people at home will always cook there eggs well and body builders drown 3 a day. How many cases of an outbreak are there.

The raw egg thing comes from the fact that cooking can reduce protein, but the percentage is minimal. You won't lose much and don't have to worry about disease if you cook it properly.

Its fine to eat eggs like this - lots of people do it. Personally I prefer to cook/boil/poach them, but each to their own!

I don't think so u should drink egg.its better if u eat an boiled egg.if u like drinking then u can but,i don't suggest u to do it.

Yes, it is good for the health, especially to those with asthma.  All you got to do is beat it with fork inside a glass then pour half bottle of root beer and add a citrus juice.  Drink this mixture early in the morning with empty stomach........Hmmmmmmm........ it tastes good!!!!!!

if you're pregnant and it's your labor month, it might be good

asian cultures believe that if you swallow raw egg during your labor month, you won't have any problems giving birth,...

but some say that raw egg is better than cooked one

coz the vitamins aren't reduced
