Drivers ed plz help!?

Question

You are on a one-way street, stopped at an intersection. Can you legally turn left on a red light into a one-way street?

- Only if a left turn sign is posted.

-Only if there is a green arrow with the red light.

-No. You must wait for the green light.

- Yes, if traffic allows.

you have to way for green light! if it is arrow you can go no matter what! but if it is solid green you have to make sure no car is coming from the front!

if there's a green arrow you can go no matter what, if there is just a green light with no arrow, THEN you can go when traffic allows (if nobody is going through the intersection at the time)
