Driving the Moped???????????

I keep arguing to my parents to let me drive my moped at night. They wont let me. Which is safer, driving a moped during the day or at night. I need a good reason,so i can stay out late.

Step three: buy all sorts of crazy lights and mirrors and reflectors for your moped and wear one of those reflector vests.
