  3. A great way to get rid of anything in your system is to buy from http://www.directdetox.com I have used them in the past and the service is awesome. Family run operation that understands how you feel and how much privacy is a concern. Fantastic place, I can't say enough about it!

  4. Yes.  And who's *** did you kick?  lol

  5. Depends.  As part of your probation, you are given a court ordered list of standards that may include drug testing, no use of alcohol, no computer access, just depends on what the Court has ordered for terms of probation.  You would have had to sign that list of terms stating you understand.  You should check with the Probation office and get a copy for your records.

  6. depending on what state you are in..but most likely yes they sure can.  You are on probation, they have the right and duty to watch you.

  7. If it is part of your probation. Lay off drugs for a couple of years. It is worth it to get your record cleaned up.

  8. Thre answer depends a lot on what state you livr in but genearlly the answer is yes. Being on probation is similar to being in the care of the penal institute and therfore are subject to what they want.

  9. not without being on probation for drug related offences, they would have no 'reasonable grounds' to do so

  11. Yes, they can drug test you at any time regardless of past history.  It's normally required by people on probation to submit to random drug testing to ensure that they are "clean" and being law abiding.
