Drywall Labor Question?

I'm doing some forecasting for a drywall start up company and I would like to get some feedback from other experienced individuals. Can I get some feedback as to how many people it takes to hang and finish up to 100 sheets of drywall per day. Also, how you pay your labor would be greatly appreciated i.e. by sheet, by hour, as a % of the job, etc. Thanks in advance.

i pay my drywaller by the board, he then pays his guys by the hour...3 guys can hang 100 sheets a day on standard house....if tall ceilings and vaulted or cut up ceilings its a little more....
