My husband pushed a button on a univeral remote now tv is stuck on video I have pushed every button but it will not work The menu key only works to select langauage and to set picture color. please helpOn my television, video appears in the upper right hand corner & the screen is purple. It will not allow me to change the channels. I do not get any pictures or sound
