Dubai universities?

Question

I go to school in America but I want to go to college abroad. I was wondering if there are any colleges in Dubai that are affiliated with American or British universities? And what are some of the best universities in Dubai?

i heard there are very good universities in Dubai and also in UAE(especially medicine schools). and it is exotic!!

i dont live there but my friend recently moved there with her family_her dad is a professer in AUS(american university of sharja)

The top two universities that are Western accredited are the American University in Dubai and the American University in Sharjah. They are both comparable in term of the quality of teaching. AUD is different from AUS in that the former has a more liberal environment i.e. AUD as a whole is not as conservative as AUS. AUS is better known for its research. So if you are looking to study at an undergraduate level, then there is no major academic difference between the two,  so your decision should be based on personal preferences such as location, culture, etc.
