Dull pains in pelvic area?

I am having dull pains in my pelvic area. I am 31 weeks tomorrow, and this is my 2nd pregnancy. What do you think it is? I feel like maybe the baby has gone to the head down position. Plus he is not in my ribs like a few weeks ago.

He's probably getting ready to be delivered.  I remember those pains and my doctor said it was my pelvic bone getting adjusted or "spreading" as he said to get ready to deliver a baby
