Dying troubles, please help?

I got my hair done at a salon and everything, but I just wanted to know. Can I dye my hair myself and it turns out all the same color or do I have to go to a salon to get my hair done one color.

First things first color not dye COLOR. You are more than welcome to color your hair at home, but not recommended. When getting it done in a Salon you get top notch products, someone that knows what there doing, complete evenness of color throughout hair. The box colors have metallic in them which is very harmful to your hair. Please keep going to your stylist.

You can dye it all yourself and it will be one color just make sure you dye it in sections and DRENCH your hair in the color. The only reason it will be multicolor is if you rinse too early or miss a spot.

You can do it yourself, but you'll probably get better results at a hair salon.

A lot of people try to do it themselves but they don't like it. but a lot of people do like it. You do what you think you would like better.

just do it yourself. it's not that hard just make sure you let the color stay on long enough and use enough of it.

Sally Beauty Supply sells Ion Color products, these are awesome. they are VERY true to color. I've had great luck with that line. turns out the color it says with no surprises!
