EBAY Help!!ASAP please!!?

i have listed an item in ebay and specifically stated that I ship to usa only and the winner of the auction presided in canada.what should my next move be?need specific details on how to deal with this problem!!Ty

email winner and tell them that exactly and ask them to pay the difference in shipping

if that doesn't work then email ebay customer service for help

Shipping to Canada is no big deal, and the price U S postal is no different. I receive a lot from the states and actual shipping is no big difference. Or you may both choose to cancel transaction.

This is not a problem unless you  choose to make it one!

You have a choice, either make an exception to your rule and send it (as said above, it's no big deal)

Or stick to your guns and tell him that your TOS says USA Only!

So you're not boycotting???
