  1. I would get in touch with ebay and or paypal before getting the police involved.

However, yes you could get the police involved but there may not be a awful lot they can do.

  2. its a difficult one really but you do have a lot of help on your side, firstly, have you contacted Ebay, if you cannot get any joy from your seller, go into the dispute centre and open a link which says "Item not received or not as described process", if after 10 days there is no response the seller gets a strike against their account.

Also if you have paid through paypal you can get your money back through them, good luck

  3. report them to ebay first, start a complaint and offer to send the fone back for a full refund

    regards x kitti x

  4. PLEASE go through ebay  complaints procedure

Hopefully you would have paid by paypal and they can help resolve your complaint

Dont waste police time , with a trivia matter over an ebay sale ....

Dont forget to leave  honest feedback on seller !!

  5. well, reread the ad and make sure that you actually paid for a working phone...

In the meantime, watch this on an ebay scammer, its gold

  6. i never got any satisfaction from ebay in a similar situation it was a waste of time...

dispute after dispute and then unresolved......... rubbish....
