Is ESPN required to filter out foul language like the other stations? I only ask because during the moment of silence there was either a fan or a track worker or a pit crew member or someone that yelled out "everybody shut the F*** Up" Did anyone else hear it? I had my husband "rewind" to make sure I was hearing correctly and I was....HAHAHA

  1. Yes they are, and I know this because of the NBA finals. Kevin Garnett and co. were swearing up a storm during the last few minutes of the game when they won the championship, and the sound was dropping out every few seconds. It was pretty funny.

  2. i don't care what anyone said, says etc. I don't even care if they're out of fashion. But the coverage was pretty good!

  3. It's called live television.  If you're not mature enough to watch it, I can get you a subscription to Highlights magazine...

  4. i don't know if they are required to filter, but yes, i did hear that yell.  i think it was a fan.  you can't filter out everybody.  :)
