ESPN's Best 115lb Fighters?

Question

ESPN listed the top five 115 pounders of all time and has Johnny Tapia at number 1 and Khaosai Galaxy listed at number 2. I agree with the listing do you?

To be honest, Khaosai Galaxy is my immediate thought for #1 in that division. Johnny Tapia, though a very good fighter, is at a toss up for second with Gilberto Roman.

galaxy made 19 defences of his title including several  against title holders, and only ever lost one fight which he avenged.

tapia was a warrior, and as tough as they come, but galaxy is the best 115 pounder ever, and the third best southpaw of all time after hagler and whitaker (arguably).

Of course not, Tapia was a solid fighter, but no where near the caliber of fighter of Khaosai Galaxy.
