Earbud problem? help please!!!?

ok so heres the deal i bought some new headphones 2 mounths ago. but i didnt really think about asking this question till now cuz ive been using my sisters. any way they broke a mounth ago. but before that happened my mom washed them.cuz they were in my jeans. And i was listening to them as high as they would go. like 2 times. one side still works the left but the right doesn´t. And they were my favorite. please help cuz when i get home i have to give my sister hers back. PS is it possibel to get them fixed by one of those guys that fix things a best buy cuz my uncle is 1 of them.
