peeing alot...prickly, burning in your feet. Don't wait...it's a simple blood test. You may find out you have prediabetes and can prevent it. I wished i'd paid attention sooner.

Frequent urination is one of the first signs.  It could be accompanied with constant thirst.  Because diabetes is such a serious disease most countries have an association dedicated to helping diabetics.  Use a search engine to find one and it doesn't much matter in which country the association is located, your questions will be answered.  If you (or a family member or friend) are diagnosed with diabetes, be prepared to do a lot of research accompanied by a change in lifestyle.  I'm talking from experience.
