Rainfall dilutes the salts in the water and evaporation increases the salinity. These effects often vary with season. In the polar region the salts are diluted by melting ice. Rivers deposit sediments in the seas, which are leeched off by the currents. Finally sea currents tend to mix it all.

So B is chloride, E is sodium and A is sulfate.
