Electricity.  We already make it in large power plants, and you just  need to plug into the power grid to fuel up with it.

im not sure what you mean by make?.. but the easiest and most effective would include solar, hydrogen, and wind....their the cleanest also..   ;)

Well, you can distill alcohol (which is actually ethanol)  if you have the equipment.

possibly alcohol made from sweet sorghum although any diesel will run on the oil squeezed from soy beans or rape seed etc. it really should be processed in a hydrogen cracker to get the most fuel grade oil from it. & it has to be treated so it wont solidify in cold weather.

you can actually get detailed plans from most state farm service offices on how to build the still & oil processing equipment for free, along with which crops to plant for greatest fuel yield. (interestingly enough corn is not a reccommended fuel crop)

they started to make this information available to farmers after the first oil crisis in the mid 70s so they could grow their own fuel.
