Easton synergy elite broken?

My blade on my synergy snapped in half. I know on the other end there is a spot that looks like you can insert a another blade. Is it possible to put a blade into the other end and just cutoff the end with the broken blade? Would i need a tapered blade?

  1. Yes you can turn the shaft around a put a regular blade in it.  If you bought the stick within the last 30 days, you can call easton and they will tell you to send it to them and they give you a new one if you have the receipt.

  2. you would only need a tapered blade if you put it in the end where the blade broke. which would mean you would turn your stick into a huge project to make it a tapered shaft. i have 4 of them and its a pain to get the blade to fit since you'll probably have to chizzel out all the epoxy from the se elite blade (they're not true one pieces). its more of a hassel so just go with what tsd said and pick up a high end composite blade for the closest feel

  3. TSD beat me to the process.
