EasyBkServices refund?

I recently decided to file for bankruptcy and i wanted to use a on line program EasyBkServices after paying them 149.00 i got a better paying job and i don't need to file. EasyBkServices now refuses to give me a refund of any amount. Please help

If their policy is "No Refunds" then that's it.  I can't find that information on their website, so you'll have to read the contract that you signed with them.  If that's what it says, then chock it up as a life lesson in contract law.  (And at $149, it was probably cheaper than a semester of Law 101 anyway.)

I think that you will be out of this money.  I hope you read their policies of obtaining a refund.

If you used a credit card, you can dispute the charge and let your credit card company help you out.

Their policy states that you will not receive a refund if you cancell.Your best bet is to see if you can tranfer the service to someone and if you are allowed go on a Bankruptcy blog and advertise the service,You may be surprised how fast it sells.
