tomorrow I work 2 swifts, & I have two hours in between. I work at the ymca so I have plenty of things to keep me occupied. I plan on eating lunch/dinner sometime in the 2 hours(2-4pm)
I'm bringing some a container of rice to make and a blt salad lemonade from wendys. I also want to work out for a bit also. I don't know what I should do first... eat or workout.... or eat some rice, workout, then eat the salad? I don't know what's best for me. also how long should I work out? I usually do the treadmill for 20 and just play around with the exercice ball and other machines for about 20 minutes. how long should I work on my abs, or how many crunches/ sit-ups are average.
I've been working out for the past 2 weeks and I haven't been sore AT ALL, even when I just started working out. am I not working hard enough?
