Ebay Shipping Help

Question

on ebay, after uve sold an item, how do u find out the buyers address. Check the item and then click Print shipping labels?thats what i did and the same address came up for 2 different items with 2 different users which is why im worried. Please Help

Ship thru paypal per item.

If you are getting paid through paypal, then use address on their record. You will be protected. If you are accepting the payment by money order or personal check, then the address printed on the check or address on E Bay record. You can obtain it from E Bay via members help area.

In case of check or money order, better check with the buyer, what address they want you to ship to. Better use tracking service with such shipments.

i get it on paypal, go to paypal and then check "details" of the payment and it has the address

my advice to you is use the paypal shipping "tab".  if you got paid via paypal, then right next to the payment, there should be a tab you can click on that says "ship", which will bring up the buyer's shipping address, and you type in the weight of the item and you can even print out your own postage on the printer and use tape to fix it onto the package.  totally simple and very convenient.  and then you just drop the item off at the post office no lines no waiting.  that should work for you.

when in doubt, compare the item #s.  make sure you are referencing the correct auction.  perhaps the same person purchased two items from you and is having one sent to a friend or relative?
