ao i sold an item.. the winner has zero feedback and has an unconfirmed address... he already sent payment.. is there a way to refund hia money and not deal with him? i dont want to get screwed after i ship the item... or do i just have to ship it and hope for the best?

I think you can set your Paypal preferences to only accept confirmed address payments. It's worth looking into for the future.

You can add a minimal amount of insurance ($1.70) and ALWAYS mail everything with delivery confirmation.

A unconfirmed address more than not is nothing to worry about. It could mean the person is new to the paypal account and it's in the process of being confirmed. Since they also have 0 FB it could mean this.

The bad thing about unconfirmed address is paypal can refund the guy his money if he claims he didn't get it b/c there is no way to match your tracking info (delivery confirmation) to his address.

Not sure whether I would refund his payment. Maybe send him a email to ask him about that statis.
