Ebay help again!?

ok still nobody placed a bid higher than i did..if i dont pay for it..do i still get it??

You can retract your bid, but it will stay on your account for 6 months and a lot of buyers don't like to see that. If you don't pay for it, the seller will NOT send the item, and they will file a non-paying bidder claim with Ebay. I'm not sure what Ebay will do, but when you place a bid, you are entering a legal contract with the seller that if you win the auction, you will pay. So, basically, if you don't pay, you are breeching a contract. Last time I checked, that was illegal.

When the bidding ends the highest bidder wins if the reserve price was met or if there was no reserve price comprenda!! In regards to payment for the item, if you do not pay you will receive "JACK" ya understand?
