Ebay horror story?

anybody ever buy something on ebay that was never sent and you nevr saw your money again? are there ways to be protected from this? I'm a new seller and fear that I'm having trouble selling because I have no rep yet?? any ideas, stories?

  1. You're supposed to complain to ebay and they will investigate for you if you don't get your item.  Same goes for if you're selling and you don't get paid.
