if you dont have a checking account or credit card, can you send cash to someone when you buy off ebay?

Sending cash in the mail is possible, but it's not the safest, most secure thing to do. Cash isn't traceable. You could always buy a money order or a cashier's check from a currency exchange, bank, or local grocery store. Walmart sells them for 47 cents. At least you'll have a receipt showing you sent money to x-eBay seller.
