Ebay rims and installation?

I have a 98 suburban and i was thinking of buying rims (22")from ebay... Are they good are they reliable... And if i did buy them online would i have to pay to get them put on and how much would that be?

  1. Chech the sellers rating. If it is less than 95%, don't buy from him. The rims will cost about $20 per tire to install.
