Ebay selling question

I recently put up an item for sale on ebay with a 2 day limit. The I ended up selling the item a day later and took out the listing from ebay.

I now have a bill of $4 and some cents but it tells me that it is my monthly statement?! So does this mean ill be charged this amount everymonth even if I dont have anything for sale on ebay?

I dont mind paying this one time because I took out my listing and sold locally but I do mind getting charged monthly...

is this how ebay works? you put one item for sale and even if it sells they charge you monthly?

thanks

  1. did you sell items before?

no there is no monthly charge.

they charge once a month on items you put for sell before.

they do charge you for every item you post. extra for pictures, preview of picture, letter style etc....

  2. you get charged on ebay based on the listing fees you have

there are listing fees , and final value sales fees if and when you sell the item

if you do not list any more items you will not have any fees or bills
