Ebay users - PLEASE help??!??!?

Question

Ok, I just sold my Apple Iphone on ebay but the person who bought it wants it shipped to Nigeria. He does also have a U.S. address. He has zero feedback. I don't know what to do. Please tell me what I should do about this. I am kind of new to selling things on ebay and I never encountered shipping to Nigeria. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You're about to be scammed... Assuming your listing stated US only, you're covered. Even if it didn't, tell them Nigeria is NOT an option... Personally, I would contact ebay and forward them the emails... Chances are, the buyer set that account up JUST to see how many people he could scam... Do a search for ebay + Nigeria + scam...

Next time you sell, specify US only and set a minmum feedback of 5...

As a seller on Ebay, you are responsible for selling, collecting money, and shipping.  The details and thier intentions, you are not responsible for...

You just confirm the sale.. you could let him know that you can only send it to his U.S. address on receipt of money.. if not, the deal is off..
