Eco freindly???

Question

our college is planning on becoming an eco freindly college.

the teachers has asked us (the pupils) to think of ideas on how to make the college more eco freindly and i can only come up with a few simple ones?

does any one know what i could write down?????

- have a vegan menu and serve locally grown organic foods in the cafeteria (fruits and veggies!)

- if the school has left over food, don't throw it away! reduce landfill, give it to food banks or pantries

- put recycling bins in every classroom and in the halls

- use recycled paper for all documents, paper work, and class work

- use energy efficient light bulbs

- have classes engage in the community (planting trees, picking up trash on the side of the road, promote environmental activities for children in the area)

- have art classes use natural paints and art supply

- sell hemp hats, shirts, bags and backpacks at the school store

- use ebooks (or other sites from the internet) on electronic paper
