You want to get that big black circle on your picture??

You can do it on Ms-paint.

Open a picture on Ms-paint.

Pick  "Ellipse tool" on the bottom of the  Tool box.

Draw a round circle around your face,, Pick "Fill with color" tool from the tool box and fill the circle with black color.

There are websites that helps you edit picture in many ways.
