Editing downloaded designs

Question

I'm new to MC 10000, just beginning to understand some of the capabilities. I downloaded some designs and was able to transfer them to the machine and at first I had the "edit" option. After shutting off the machine for several hours and coming back to it the editing option had disappeared.
