Editing pix with adobe??

hey i wanna know how to get dimple on my cheeks with the help of adobe.. any help would be appreciated... :)

alright, first you already have dimples.

lol second.... I tried to do it following the tutorial, but I ended up giving you chiseled cheekbones instead. haha oops :P
