Yes, education is key. But college doesn't have the market cornered on education. Before a job even comes into play, education builds self-worth. It's a bad feeling to know you can't comfortably exist among certain types of people because you don't want to seem stupid. Education also builds on itself. You start by learning about the existence of things you want to be more educated about. It begins wherever and whenever a person feels stimulated by a subject and decides they want to pursue it.

Wow, your question alone ,is reason why people, need to continue education.  Please delete the question and ask it in a way, people can answer it.  Reasons out there, that a child in a trouble spot, needs to continue education?
