for dna extractions, meat tenderizer is used to break down proteins. so, meat tenderizer would probably affect human proteins.

I always carry a lil Tenderizer on all of my flights..... Just in case.

Some They of meat tenderizer were know to cause damage to digestive system.  They tenderized people's "innards."  They are not on the market any more.

2.  Make a paste with meat tenderizer and water and it works great on bee stings to draw out the poison.

Well if the meat tenderizer is a hammer for pounding meat I would guess a painful effect. The cyclamate chemical has a neutralizing effect on some rashes and beestings but should not be taken internally or left on the skin surface for an extended time.

Meat tenderizer is the enzyme bromelain from pineapple. It is a protein, and is denatured when the steak is cooked. So there should not be any bad effect fro humans.
