Electric Velux windows

If I install Velux windows with an electronic opening/closing system can you also open or close it manually? We have a lot of power cuts and I can imagine being stuck with the window open in a thunderstorm!

  1. YES, THE METAL BAR ACROSS THE TOP OPENS IT

  3. There should be a way to override the opening and closing mechanism. So take a look at your manual or contact your installer.
