what's a hole/electron?? Also, I know there's a +/- side to diodes, so which way does it go for oneway?

Capacitor can  absorb and discharge electrical energy;Transistor is a Valve that controls Electron and Hole flow;Diode is a One Way valve and an Integrated Circuit may contain All of the above  Electrons are Negative and flow from higher density {voltage}to lower density[positive] this is in reverse to the arrows in schematic drawings Electrons flow in the opposite direction from the arrows written on diodes and Transistors the arrows point to Hole flow
