Electronics markets in china ?

next month i am going china in Beijing and shagahai.

can anyone tell me where can i get good digital SLR camera in china with good competitive price ?

I am a chinese student.

Since you will come to Beijing,you can go to the zhonguancun.It is the most large and cheap electronics market in China.There are too many kinds of cameras,so I believe you can find one that you satisfied with.

And u can also go to large chain.Such as GOME,SUNING,FIVE -STAR.THEY have branches in Beijing and shanghai.if u can not find them ,u can dial 114.It will help u to fiind where the nearest store is

In all ,in big city like Beijing or shanghai,it is easy to find a satisfied camra

In Shanghai there is a big indoors electronics market on Huaihai Lu (Near Xintiandi area) over 4 floors and they got pretty much anything you may want.  You gotta bargain in these places tho'. i have bought a lot of stuff there over the last 2 years. In Beijing not sure - i think they got electronics in the silk market (the name is out of date - little to do with silk now). The very best prices are to be found in Shenzhen on 'electronics street' 'cos they have different tax laws down there. For a high street shop, the Suning chain are pretty decent
