Element project story?

Okay, let's get this straight

I'm a 9th grader

I have a project on elements

What we have to do is pick an element and make a story geared towards pre-k to 3rd graders

This story can have any theme but it has to be a story, and for elementary students (meaning their level of reading)

So, I was wondering

Can anyone give me some interesting topics of plots to write about

Please answer creatively and ASAP

This story is DUE TOMORROW (10-20 pages)

Why not do an element like oxygen, hydrogen, helium or nitrogen.

Try doing the story either about a single molecule or group of molecules. You could also try doing it from the molecules point of view.
