Email extensions?

I had dragged a number of emails off of an old laptop and onto another PC. They all have a .eml extension. When I double click one it opens as a separate outlook express email which is my default email client. Annoyed by the nondescript icon for each email I highlighted one and selected open with. From there I selected outlook express. All of the emails changed icons to outlook express. Now whenever I try to open one or when anyone sends me an email with another email embedded in it they do not open.

The question is, how do I undo the change in properties for these emails?

You can right click the file again then by before you click, hold the SHIFT key while right clicking and the Open With...should appear again. Just change the program that you want it to open.
