Emerson MW8168B Turntable

Wow... this seems to be the Achilles Heel for this microwave... which other than this has been a great performer. The synchronous motor is shot...turns, but bad spots on internal gears. Need new motor. Also need the triangular white plastic arms that fit on the spindle that the glass platter sits on. Know where to get both of these?
