ok.. i go to a christian school soo no hair below your eyebrow or collar .. and we cant have any colors.. so how can u make short emo hair?.. oh im a guy

You can always do a shaggy cut, with bangs just reaching down to your eyebrows. It will be hard to get the emo scene look without the "fringe", but you can try. You can spike up the back with gel and, straighten your bangs.

What is Emo hair ? oh you mean scene hair.Emo was a genre which died mid 90s through indie.Just reminding you its called scene hair cause its a fashion.Following a trend.And nope i don't know short emo hair.Does it have to be scene hair ? no.Just get it shorter and styled in some way.good luck !
