Heyy.

I'm Finishing School In Two Weeks, And I'm Arranging A Celebration Party.

All I Have Planned Atm Is That It Will Be A Sleepover, At My House, With About 13-17 Of My Closest Girl Friends. (We're All 15-16 Years Old)

I Need Help Planning What To Do...

1. Whether To Have A Theme, And What Theme.

2. Type Of Food.

3. Any Games.

4. Any Movies / What Genre / Any Particular.

5. What To Do... All I've Got Atm Is A Chocolate Fountain.

6. Whether To Decorate? What Decorations?

Any Other Things I Forgot To Specify.

=]

All Ideas Will Be Really Welcome.

Failing That, Any!

Thanks!

  1. Well, sounds like fun to organise such a thing. If you want a theme I would stick to a 'happy theme' so you'll create a good atmosphere in the group. you could for example use a 'hawaian style', 'casino style'  or 'hippie style' theme. for snacks you could do plain things, you could go around with a plate of sausages, or have a bowl with chips or popcorn on the table. if you want proper food you might want to make wraps or have people fill their own tortilla's, that usually works fine with me. you could do truth or dare maybe later on the evening, but you could also start off with games like twister. If you want a movie, chickflicks usually do good, but maybe its better to have a few available so you can choose together which one you want to watch. thrillers might also be nice for later in the evening if the people want to have a good scare.

Well, use that chocolate fountain. I'm sure the girls will love it!

well, decorations have to fit the theme of course but i'm sure you can figure out yourself what you can put up. hope this gives you some ideas

  2. ok  well

    1. dont have a theme...theme's can get in the way of fun stuff usually because if you have a theme then you have to base everything around the theme and it gets complicated

    2. have something simple like pizza, something everyone will like, i would do something that delivers if you dont want to go to the trouble of making something. If you think making something would be a good activity then make pizzas or sandwiches or something.

    3. games....you could do a scavenger hunt...they usually last a while and they are fun. what you could do is hide glow stix around the neighborhood and when it gets dark split into groups and find them. or you could do a big game of twister and put dots on the floor and play, but you would need a big enough room for that. or you could play truth or dare

    4. movies can be hard to do. i would suggest doing like  a marathon of something...like i said something that everyone will like...if you want to stay up really really late you could do a long series like harry potter....you could do a comedy like blades of glory or something....if you want to settle down you should do like a romantic comedy or something like 13 going on 30

    5. what to do could fit under the games but if your aiming at something to do through the whole party maybe you could take ribbons on paper clips and whoever says "school's out" has to give their ribbon away and whoever gets the most ribbons gets a prize or something

    6. decor....balloons would work along with stringing the flimsy paper rolls on the ceiling and down doorways. On tables you could put like fun little confetti or something. I would make things colorful

that is what i would do
