Ok......let me tell you abt. Biomass first.....It constitutes all the wastes{sewage, animal watse} which is organic in nature.....

Actually this biomass is converted to BIOGAS for a better ENERGY OUTPUT and LESS POLLUTION.........

It means the energy that biomass gives out on burning is is multiplied when its converted to biogas.....

Even the harmful emmissions like, CO and CO2 decrease.....

So u can say that conversion of BIOMASS GIVES:

a)FUEL EFFICIENCY

b)Is environment friendly
