Engagement ring at work?

We've decided that it's an engagement ring because people have really long engagements. His parents were engaged for 5 years. Anyways, today I had to work, I'm a cashier. When I was handing a lady her cash, she grabbed my hand and looked at my ring. She was complimenting it so then the girl bagging for me came and looked at it. Then a few more people. It wasn't embarassing but ackward.

A lot of people at my job don't know I am dating Deshen, most of the girls there like him and I'm not the girl you would picture to be with him, because they will get catty. I work with really immature people who gossip nonstop. We are not trying to hide our relationship.

So a bunch of girls asked me what that ring was for and I just ignored them. Now they keep texting me nonstop.

What do I do? Tell them and let them gossip or not wear it?

Tell them and be proud so what if they gossip,its only because the J.E.L.O.U.S.E. be proud

I think you should tell them because you shouldn't have to hide it because they're so immature. If you're engaged, be proud that you're in a relashionship with a guy you love. If they're jealous, so what? Be proud you have found you're right guy and if they're so stupid that all they have to do is gossip, s***w them. They have to learn that being immature is being stupid.
