Engine light came on ?

So the engine light came on in my friends Honda Civic 03.

Last time this happend..Was last year and to find out..A tune up was needed.

Do you think its time for a tune up again ?

Get an OBD2 reader and hook it up to the Slot located at the bottom of the driver side. Then push read after like 10 sec the code reader should give you a description of the problem and why the light came on.

You really can't tell if that is all it needs or not. You can take it to Autozone or Advance Auto and have them plug their reader in. It will give them a discription of the trouble codes. Sometimes it could be a easy fix like tightening your gas cap. This is free. Or you could take it to the dealership. That would cost you for the diagnosis.
