English Friends in Taiwan?

I'm living in Shilin City, Taipei in Taiwan. Its kinda boring. I'm a male and mostly there is shopping. Fun but eventually boring. Is there anyone or someone you know that lives near that area that speaks english or is an American that is 15 to 19 years old? I am an American who lives in California and am a Senior in High School. Please no pervs. Males are abused too.

Come Taipei American School ( i go there ) although school's just started. Our adress is 800 chung shan north road, section 6 Taipei Taiwan. If u wanna meet nayone come after school after 3:15 not during school time please. Our school goes from 7 till 3:15. Please take notice TAS is a private school. When you enter walk towards to cafeteria thats were ppl hang out try the bball courts too.

dude, if you're in shilin, then just head north about 10 minutes to tien mu.  they've got an american school there k-12 and everyone speaks english there.  head out there in the afternoons.  they're still on summer break and i'm sure you can find a pickup game of bball.

today is sunday  ,go to church which is held English mass, not in chungshan huh ,its filipino but they can speak english , go to other church like holy family church or st , John , Bosco , they have english mass, go there and have a friend

I am from the oppostie side of the USA then you, I am from New Jersey, but I am currently in Kaohsiung to Study. I just arrived so I really do not know what there is to do yet besides find food easy. I know that in Kaohsiung there is the Dream Mall. It is 9 stories and has a mini-theme park on top!

Taiwan is an exciting place especially living in Taipei. There are many activities to do throughout the day. I think sometimes it is better than US because when you want a midnight snack, you can get one within seconds and they are called shaw ye. They can be found at night markets. Shopping cna be done there. Also games too.

Maybe visit the malls -- they flatter me because they are like 7 floors haha and from where I am at, the highest I have been to is 3 =(
