We're writing an essay about "WOW! An experience you had in life, or what you have read or watched about that had made you think back and say 'Wow.'"

I'm stuck between 3 movies/shows-

-Rocky (the first one)

-The Secret Life of an American Teenager OR

-The Pursuit of Happyness

PLEASE HELP ME CHOOSE ONE, AND PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY !

I definitely agree with pursuit of happiness... you can say WOW since its a journey from poverty to wealthiness... and you can't help but admire the man's perseverance since he been through traumatic experiences such as this... that he is able to return to that life he once had.

I'd choose pursuit of happyness, because of the hardships that the main character had to go through.  OR I'd choose The secret life of an American teenager, so you can compare your life on how it is alike, or how it is different.

which pretty much is the story of the man in the Pursuit of Happyness...which is a true story by the way..you can read all about it in people magazine...that one is a good selection. Because it is uplifting and courageous and deals with so much adversity with such common sense and creative thinking it is the one I would choose. It illustrates just how powerful perseverance can be..
