Is it " How does young persons look effective,  for their sucess in the work force.  Be confident, friendly, eager to learn and follow work place rules and regulations and follow dress codes and adhere to all departmental instructions. Best of loyalty counts best.

basically, although you arent supposed to judge a book by its cover, employers dont want to take chances and someones appearence makes a huge contribution to their first impression
