Entering Spain from Morocco?

I wld be travelling to morocco from france, staying a couple of days in marrakash then flying to madrid.I'm a non eu citizen who backingpacking around europe for the full 90 days permitted, going to morroco before entering spain again.My 90 days wld have burst by then so if i was enter spain to continue my backpacking,wld i be deny entry and wld my 90 days visa be renewed as i heading towards eastern europe? pls advise

  1. If I understand you correctly you are asking if you can "re-new" fot a further 90 days the Schengen visa simply by leaving and re-entering the Schengen zone?

    If so then the answer is no.  You can only have a Schengen visa for 90 days out of 180.  So this means you would have to wait a further 90 days before applying once again
