Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) help?

Question

In an EIS, what are the radiation issus that might be associated with an EIS, in particular for a quarry if you know of such issues. Help is much appreciated.

Radon would be the first thing I'd check for, as this is common in quarries.  Of course, if it was a uranium mine that raises much more serious issues.
